Refund Policy for Charlie’s Pal

At Charlie’s Pal, we’re committed to providing loving, reliable pet care that both you and your furbaby can trust. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund process.

Cancellations & Refunds

We offer the following refund structure for cancelled services:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service:
    💰 Full refund or credit toward future services (your choice).

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service:
    💰 50% refund or 75% credit toward a future service.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations:
    ❌ No refund.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If you experience an emergency, please reach out directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation with compassion and flexibility.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee​

If you’re not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of the completed service. We’ll review your concerns and may offer a partial refund, service credit, or re-do at our discretion.

Boarding or Extended Care Deposits

For boarding or multi-day care bookings:

  • A 50% deposit may be required to reserve your dates.

  • This deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 72 hours before the start of service.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
