Welcome to Charlie’s Pal! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.CharliesPal.com and our pet care services. By using our website or booking services with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Our Services

Charlie’s Pal offers pet care services including but not limited to:

Pet sitting
Dog walking
Cat care
Pet medication management
Boarding and home visits

All services are subject to availability and may be updated or changed at our discretion.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or book care for a pet. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via email.
Full payment is due before or at the start of service, unless otherwise agreed.
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, Klarna, Tap to Pay on iPhone and Android, AfterPay, PayPal.
We do not accept cash or checks.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule
Less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund
No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund

Special exceptions may apply in emergencies—please reach out directly.

Pet Health & Behavior

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your pet’s health, behavior, and special needs. We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet poses a danger to our team or other animals.

You are responsible for:

Ensuring your pet is up to date on vaccinations
Disclosing any history of aggression, anxiety, or illness
Providing all necessary supplies and instructions

Emergency Care

In the event of a pet emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If you are unreachable, you authorize Charlie’s Pal to seek veterinary care for your pet at your expense.

Liability

Charlie’s Pal and its team will always treat your pets with love and care. However, we are not liable for:

Illness, injury, or death due to pre-existing conditions or unforeseeable circumstances
Damage caused by your pet to property or other animals
Loss or injury if your pet escapes due to faulty leashes, collars, or enclosures provided by the owner

You agree to hold Charlie’s Pal harmless for such events.

User Conduct on Website

When using our website, you agree not to:

Post false information
Use our contact forms for spam or solicitation
Interfere with our website’s functionality or security

We reserve the right to restrict or remove access to users who violate these terms.

Intellectual Property
